Setting up a Deposit Rule

You can set up deposit rules for your activities and tours from the Pricelist page of the tour setup.  A deposit is an amount collected at the time of booking.

Deposit Options include:

  • Full Payment - will take the entire amount at the time of booking.
  • Percentage - will take a percentage of the total at the time of booking.
  • No Deposit - will not take any deposit/amount at the time of booking.
  • No Deposit, hold card on file - will not take any deposit, but will collect the credit card information.
