Users can be admins and/or guides in the system. You can designate permissions for each user in the system.
To access the User setup, go to Settings - Administration - Users.
Click to Add or Edit a User. You can set up any user to be an Administrator or a Guide.
Administrator: The administrator can see all aspects of the system.
Guide: The guide can view the Dashboard, Calendar, Bookings, and Reports, but cannot view the Settings or make changes to the setup.
