Edit the Availability of an Activity

You can update the availability from the Calendar tab.  To do so, find the activity entry on the calendar, and select.

On the Overview, select the Edit button  in the upper right to make changes to tour such as times, max persons, and guide assignment. 

  • Select the More Actions button to cancel timeslot.  Coming Soon is Print or Email to manifest to Customers Or Guides.

After changes have been made, Save the changes.  It will pop up a window asking if you want to send an updated email to your booked guests.  Select to send and add an additional message, if desired.
