Customers booking through the online booking widget on our website will get a seamless experience when making a reservation. You're able to see what the customer will experience when booking online through the booking widget from your account.
To access from your account, follow these steps:
- Select the Profile image in the toolbar
- Choose View Booking Widget
Options for the online booking view includes:
- Product View - shows a list of all your offerings. The customer will click the View button to book the selected activity. The products can be organized by category selected in Setup.
- Calendar View - Customer can select product/activity from a month view calendar. The customer can filter (from the top menu) by activity or view All.
To book, select the Tour/Activity - This will open the booking page that will include all the details from the setup: Name, Description, Picture, About.
In the Buy Tickets section, enter the number of people for the tour. The customer will be able to select a Private or Group option, if available and offered.
Select Date, then Book in the chosen Time.
If you’ve set up Add-ons or Additional Options, it will show on the next page.
The Booking Details will show details about the booking and will give the Total Amount Due. If a customer has a promotion code, they can enter it on this page.
the customer will continue checkout out by adding Contact and Payment information.
The customer will need to agree to the terms and conditions and will have the option to be added to your mailing list. Select Complete Booking to process.
Once the booking is completed, the customer will see this message with their booking code.
